- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or ITE Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the service industry in a Supervisory position

- Ability to work as a team with others to smooth the progress of the floor operations.
- A pleasant personality with a positive outlook, clear focus, integrity, observant and possesses initiative.
- Ability to be neutral and objective, enjoys in dealing with people.
- Able to handle pressures from customers.
- A passion for the service industry.
- Independent and able to run the operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Possess a keen attitude to learn new things.
