Pre-Requisities

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or ITE Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the service industry in a Supervisory position

Abilities & Experiences

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work as a team with others to smooth the progress of the floor operations.
• A pleasant personality with a positive outlook, clear focus, integrity, observant and possesses initiative.
• Ability to be neutral and objective, enjoys in dealing with people.
• Able to handle pressures from customers.
• A passion for the service industry.
• Independent and able to run the operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Possess a keen attitude to learn new things.
