Q1. I have not received any email regarding my card, can I still collect my card even if the collection date is long overdue?
Ans: If you have not yet received your confirmation details or have accidentally deleted it, you can proceed to any of our restaurants (Seoul Garden or Breeks Café) and present your NRIC (as what was stated on your online application), for verification. Should there be a problem with your NRIC details, you can also provide your mobile number or email address that you used during your online application.
Q2. I have yet to collect my card to enjoy the birthday benefit. Can I present the e-birthday treat print out even if I haven’t collected my card yet?
Ans: By right, you must present your membership card first for you to avail of the birthday treat. (Please refer to Q1 if you have not collected your card). Upon collection of your card, you can avail of your birthday treat on the same day as well.
Q3. Why do I need to present my IC number for the card collection as this is a confidential matter?
Ans: It is preferable if you can give your IC number upon collection since it would allow us to locate your application faster. In case the outlet cannot locate your application using your NRIC, they can also double check using your contact number and your email address (as what was stated in your online application).
Q4. What do I need to present/show upon collection?
Ans: Upon collection of Zingrill Preferred Card, you can present the email print out of the confirmation details which you have received after applying online OR simply mention your IC number to our staff. They will be able to locate your details from our Point Of Sale System.
Q5. Can I authorize someone to collect the card on my behalf?
Ans: Yes, you can. The person who collects the card on your behalf will need to bring along the email print out of confirmation details OR mention your IC number for our staff to track the details from our Point Of Sale System.
Q6. Can the card be sent to my home instead of collecting the card at selected outlet?
Ans: Unfortunately, we are unable to send the card to your residence because the card can only be issued and activated at outlet level. After activation, the card can then be used immediately.
